The Claims Assistance line is for service shops. It approves repairs, confirms covered parts and handles claim decisions for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat and Alfa Romeo vehicles with a Mopar plan.
For roadside emergencies, plan owners must call Mopar Roadside Assistance to make sure repairs and towing are covered.
Find Your Plan, Warranty Booklet or Owner's Manual
You don't need to sign in or register on the Mopar site to get these documents. Mopar's site works best on a computer. To look up more than one vehicle, use the Select A Vehicle menu at the top right of the page.
- Your current FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan: enter your contract number or VIN, your last name and current mileage, then click SUBMIT.
- Your Standard Factory Warranty Booklet: click SELECT A VEHICLE, choose the brand, year and model, then click VIEW COVERAGE. On the next page, click DOWNLOAD VEHICLE WARRANTY.
- Your Owner's Manual: choose the make, year and model, then click SELECT VEHICLE. On the next page, click the LEARN MORE arrow, then DOWNLOAD THE MANUAL (PDF).
Buying a USED FlexCare/Mopar Plan
To buy a USED FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan, your vehicle must either:
- Be covered by a current FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan, or
- Pass a Used Vehicle Inspection completed by a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat or Alfa Romeo dealer.
